LIVING

The open plan living space on the first floor provides a contemporary setting for relaxing in this beautiful old barn. Double-height windows bring in light all year round and give excellent views of paddocks and the rolling Suffolk countryside. There is also an easy-to-use bio-fuel burning stove for cooler evenings and under-floor heating throughout both floors provides warmth in all seasons. These are fuelled by an eco-friendly air source heating system.

You'll find a TV (with Freeview), DVD player and a radio/CD player.

The room comprises of a sitting area which includes a sofabed, an area for writing and games with a table and 4 chairs and an area for reading.

EATING

The modern kitchen is open plan on the ground floor which opens to the outside with fully open sliding glass doors. It is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, utensils, toaster, kettle and washing machine. It is also stocked with essentials such as olive oil, butter, semi-skimmed milk, tea, coffee, etc (a full list is available upon booking).

Ample room for coats, shoes and wellies. There is also a downstairs toilet.

SLEEPING

The downstairs bedroom has a twin bed and an en-suite walk-in shower room with under-floor heating, washbasin, toilet and a heated towel rail. This bedroom has three panel opening sliding doors to outside, a full length mirror, wardrobe, dressing table with standing mirror.

The second bedroom upstairs has flexible space which can be arranged to suit your needs: one double bed or twin. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

100% cotton linen is provided along with various feather and synthetic duvets and pillows, slippers, luxury white towels and complimentary French toiletries.

OUTSIDE

There is an enclosed private garden accessed via French bi-fold doors from the kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Both lead onto a patio with plenty of seating. There is parking at the side of the house for two or three cars.
